Wide awake

Sometimes your heart goes to sleep for a while. Whether voluntarily or due to some external situation this shut down can be a good or bad thing, or maybe even both at the same time. But what is really interesting about it is that you sometimes don't even realize it's snoozing until it wakes up and starts pumping out 1.21 gigiwatts of power through its flux capacitor valve and shocks the shit out of your daily grind.

You might be aware of it happening, it may sneak up on you and cause some acid reflux, but it'll sure have an effect on you, reminding you just what it's like when the world isn't painted with a smarmy gray tinge. Getting up in the morning feels better, going to sleep at night feels more relaxed, and the time in between seems to move more effortlessly as you look towards what comes next in the series of shockwaves slamming your senses.

Damn it's good stuff.
